Returns & Exchanges

At our online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly labeled on the outside of the return package. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item or simply need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly labeled on the outside of the return package. Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange and verify their condition, we will send you the requested item(s) free of charge.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized or customized items, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item(s) received are defective or incorrect. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and obtain a receipt as proof of shipment.
